This picture was posted in the Old vs. New thread – can of worms and just my opinion but I think the 32 and the 34 just look so right (and the 33 and 35 just look so wrong). You can see how the R34 evolved from the R32 and the 35 seems to take inspiration from the 33.
Totally Agree with you there, but still… i would rather own a 16k R32 GTR with 34k with of mods than a stock R34 GTR worth 50k.
about that R34 evolution, I more see the R31 influence in there and bits of R32.. after that bloody barge of an R33 where they appear to have done some CAD “fill in the gaps”
while there be some personal preferences on r32 and r34′s over the r33 and r35.
I appreciate what nissan has done to the skyline from r31 right thru to r35.
If u look at the WRX and those models they dont even resemble like its previous models now thats wacked.
Or how about the CRX gen1 and gen2 look similar… then the del sol gen3 was created and yet it was called a crx.
There is loads of other manufacturer’s who have got the styling cues entirely messed up.
But the Nissan Skyline is definately NOT one of them.
I dunno.. they all seem to leave different auras. it’s like they are their own league if.
each one has a different characteristic that makes them unique in some sort of way, love em (any of them) or hate em, they are still awesome cars to drive straight from factory! and even better once u modded. They are Endless.
